Cornerstone of the Retro Experience
Main Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks:
- Leading the community as the Manager
- Answering system and in-game player abuse reports generated queries and help
- Creating and executing content as games, competitions, stories and marketing campaigns
- Maintaining and updating knowledge base (FAQ) and content filters
- Identifying and reporting on community trends to other teams and advise on potential opportunities or risks
- Creating an appropriate atmosphere in the Babbo Community
- Game bugs reporting and more
- - English native / close to native speaker
- - Fluent English
- - Direct experience with managing a team at a Retro (References needed)
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Ability to work with teenagers
- - Confident and outgoing personality
- - Team player
- - Computer and Internet literate
