Port Forwarding Problems - [r63 Hotel]

So I've gotten the hotel to work finally, but now.. I'm the only one who can get on. I have the EMU running, and all the right ports forwarded. I'm using CanYouSeeMe - The Open port check tool.
Here's ports that I have forwarded that can be seen:

• 20
• 21
• 3306
• 80

Here's ports That I have forwarded that can't be seen:

• 3006
• 1232

Now all of these ports are based off of suggestions from different people on which ports to open. But when anybody else tries to go onto the hotel, it will load then disconnect. I refuse to use Hamachi. If ANYBODY can help me fix this, I will be Extremely grateful. If this is needed, I'm using a Netgear Router.
