Plus EMU - 76% Stick, says i'm online

I've been getting many reports from users saying that they get stuck at 76%, which just happened to me -

Now, the connect IS going through, because the users session is created in the emu (online set to 1, etc), and the online count goes up one.
The problem is, the client sticks at 76% and does not disconnect the user. It just stays at 76%. My clients been sitting there for about an hours without a DC. I tried connection straight to the server(no proxy), I cleared bans, and tried many other things.
I did read somewhere that this habbo.swf has an expiry on it? What does that mean..?

I'm not talking about that, I mean the EMU itself may not be properly disconnecting users?

I haven't connected since the reboot and it will not let me on
 
Fixed!
My linux webserver was case-sensitive, and was not loading certain files needed to get on client. I am now hosting the SWFS on windows.
