I am using PlusEMU.

Solution
Make sure everything is linked correctly, double check everything.
Not very helpful.

What you need to do is change the decimal point in the Windows settings, it’s been posted on this forum hundreds of times.

The emulator is reading the decimal point as a comma not a full stop, which gives you the problem. Just google “change decimal point in Windows”
