PhoenixPHP Character.php redirection loop error.

I have never had this before but ever since I format my PC I kept getting this redirection loop for PhoenixPHP everytime I register my account I don't know the problem can someone help

Here is the screenshot of my issue:

I just don't want to go to RevCMS or UberCMS because I don't like their format, even though Phoenix PHP is Poorly coded it was still easy to make.

Does that file even exist?

Rev is easy to make, everything you need for the site to work is basically in the config, and still PhoenixPHP is outdated you'd have to go throughout the files changing web builds.

Yes it does exist. I don't mind doing the webbuild its very easy. All I want is help from this redirection loop.

Awhile back there was a phoenixphp register fix;

You must be registered for see links

Replace the characters.php with that one.

I have tried still didnt't work. anything else? It does it on every PhoenixPHP I even the orginal.
