Phoenix problem (Shell/Points in client)

Well, here i am.
I'm already tried to post a thread on the original forum of phoenix but without any answers, so i give devbest a try..

When I change "cost_snow" table in the database and update the directory, it dont work..
I dont know if its a problem with my swf.. so i need quick answers from anyone who can solve this..
