Pheonix DB backup - users table

I've tried several times backing up my database however every time I seem to lose around 3 million entries from a 7 million entry items table. Does anyone know why this is happening and how it can be fixed? I'm using Navicat. UPDATE: Just backed up Items table on its own and it worked fine, anyone know why this is?

Try purchasing some MySQL Server backup tools. I remember seeing one of these somewhere on google.
