phase error

mangaed to fix the 500.19 error thank god now i stumble on this one
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\*******\inetpub\wwwroot\global.php on line 22

i looked and i cant see no problem i tryed with the ../ and nothing worked um any help on this one would be great

Execute

echo phpinfo();

and tell me the version
