I don't understand, what do they mean "resolved your query"? I still have a negative balance which is more than the double of what the customer used in the first place, and i've already had to pay the customer $6 two times (£12 all together). Are they scamming, or are they not? My personal thought is that they indeed is scamming me. I give them up soon unless they fix up the MESS they've made..

No, i dont think they are.
If you re-read the message they sent you, they said they charge you $10 for the chargeback (as you couldnt afford it in your balance) and then they $6 back to that guy (this totals $16) which is pretty much equivalent to the £12 that you have posted above.

So if what i have said is correct then it is not a scam

I wouldn't think they would actually scam you, if they're wrong they will simply correct it after a few emails.

Yet they never told me before that chargebacks will give me a fee. And i have now a need to pay £14.64 more, which leads me up to a total of £26.64 in general. And the customer still only paid £6.. Still not a scam?

And i know, after experience that they will not. They have ignored so many emails from me regarding other issues, which they simply ignored.

If they want those £14.64, they'll find another way to get them. I ain't paying them.
