I'd like to know how to send Cash to my PayPal account. I.E: I have 15$ in cash, and I'm wanting to place it on my PayPal account using Mail.
I've heard this CAN be done, but I can't find how anywhere on the Web, not even on Google. D:

If you could find out how I can send it, please comment below?

Like;

What should the FORMAT of the letter look like? and, Where should I send the letter to? (P.O. Box?)

I'm pretty sure the only way to add money is through a bank account or gift cards.

I don't know who's been telling you this, but they're obviously full of shit. The only way you can add funds into your PayPal account is via a verified bank account linked to your account, or via gift money from another PayPal user.

Although its only $15 I wouldn't trust sending my money, I suggest you just link your account to your bank account it is much easier.
