League of Legends Patcher always gets stuck at what ever percent.

I recently downloaded the game, buut my patcher has always become stuck at a specific percentage. I have un/reinstalled, and ran as admin, none working. Help? Thanks.

Just wait it out, did it to me too, use to get to like 70% and stop, I didn't time it but it I let it run for about an hour before checking again.

At what percentage? There's a point at which it stops downloading and starts writing to disk.
