OrionCMS Register Account Issue!

Hello all i was wondering if anyone is able to help my resolve an OrionCMS issue when i register for the first time on the CMS i can fill in the details as normal and select an Avatar as normal but when i go and click Register it loads but doesn't send me to the /me page nor are the details added into the database any help which be much appricated!

Activate the debug and check for the errors, that happened to me because of cloud flare turnstile captcha

This error normally related to session domain in env, set it to your domain without www, and then try again using ingonito or clear your whole browser history etc
