Recruiting Opening Hotel Need Help Running It

Ok so i am opening a new hotel, i have just got a VPS today and i need someone WITH a phoenix emulator license to help me run it, i have 8 years experience in retro's and my last 1 did pretty good back around 3-4 years ago but back then i couldn't get hold of a stable emulator. Now i am going to be getting a domain either .co.uk or .com and the name of hotel is still to be discussed.

Do you have a phoenix license though?

Why do you want someone with a phoenix license when
1) Phoenix no longer exists as a licensed emulator
2) a cleaned up source was released

i am new to all this now as i have been away from retros for a while, i dont know what the best emulator is now or anything, care to help me? or update me?
