Not Counting Votes?

I recently added the new API (1.0.1) to my site, Blah Hotel. It was working for half of last night and then just stopped counting votes.

This morning I woke up with 7 votes for my site, far fewer than the thousands I usually get. I then downloaded a fresh copy of the API and set my configuration again, thinking I might have messed something up in the configuration. That worked for about an hour, and my total got up to 700-some votes.

Now it is stuck again, and no votes are being counted. I already tried requesting "votingapi.com" from my site, and my site is not blocked. No votes are being accepted though, no matter which API I use.

They're still working on the new api I think.

I have got an email from Josh saying new api was just out check your email Zam.

Yo Zam i was on skype to rasta earlier, and you got blocked and he unblocked you, so your all good

Was all Hostgators fault

I presume your high traffic was something to do with it? not sure you will have to wait for Josh.

Yeah, he has since unblocked me. He also sent me a link to the latest version which puts less of a strain on his server.
