Not all items from item_base are in the catalog - How do I fix that?

Hello guys. I'm relatively new into this scene and i am struggling at this moment with the catalog. Because not every item from item_base is shown in the catalog and I have all the pages visible and activated. Does somebody know how I can put the missing items into the catalog?
