NGINX or APACHE? Which one to use?

I've leart myself to install both NGINX and APACHE on my windows PC for my hotel. I'm going to be using UberCMS 2.0.1 but I'm stuck in deciding which one to use.

Which one will provide me with better stability and performance as a webserver?

Extra Question;

Can I use the .msi installer rather than a manual configuration without security threats?

NGINX, it's simply better for production sites. Use Citrus server as well, it's easier for newbs.

I would recommend IIS 7 but since, you are not so use NGINX.
