The newest Xampp is almost Finished! We are currently Releasing BETA's to show whats new and for the Community to test the Security, what its like Ect..
We have made it alot more Secure, WebDAV has been removed!

From what I've heard (Google and shit) you don't secure xampp by removing the WebDAV, XAMPP has TONS of exploits. So, I highly doubt you guys will secure this with little or none coding experience. Thread closed and moved to correct section, next time post it on the Coder's paradise and make actual progress before making this thread.
