when someone buys an item you posted how do you know what to ship with? Like fed ex or ups? etc. Do u pick who the carrier is? Someone who has sold on ebay pls explain the shipping process?

As on all other websites where people can sell/buy stuff, there's literally options to choose from and add to, like you can choose/create a list of options.
If you're the seller, you choose the carrier, unless they're paying for the shipping of course.

you should suck a dick. i already did search before making the thread but thought id see from someones perspective on here who actually sells on ebay.
