I'm Interested but i don't want Co-owner. As just helping someone with a client doesn't deserve Co-owner. First of all you need to know the actual person or at least get to know them and like them or the hotel will fail. Personally i think the Co-Owner must have skills such as Techie, Developer, Coder, Graphic Designer, Etc.
