NETFLIX ERROR! HELP!

Everytime i play netflix, the playback is so slow. Then the playback stops in the middle of the video/movie. I don't know what I should do to speed up my playback, because I cant watch anymore videos for more than 2 minuetes at the most.

Wired or wireless connection? it never happens to me after i moved my ps3 n xbox closer to my router
