Need help with my R61 Hotel

Hello Guys.

I have finally made a R61 Hotel.
Everything seems to be working, But there is only one thing that i need help with.
I have read the tutorial of rory and i have a WEIRD CMS, without Housekeeping so all the badges that i want, and all the ranks that i people wanna give and stuff like that needs to be edited in phpmyadmin.
I Need a New CMS, and need help on how to do this.

Get a new Housekeeping? - Use FayshalKHAN's one, Google "uberCMS Housekeeping wordpress", Find FaysalKHAN's thread, Download and replace with your current housekeeping.

The problem is i dont have a housekeeping..

I have used xxamp 1.7.1, 1.7.3 and 1.7.4

And i keep getting those errors when going localhost

Can anyone help me ?
