Need help to find a latest & up to date tutorial

I've been unable to find a latest & up to date tutorials for how to make a r63b retro, we have tried everything from management configuration, to quering the sqls, along side our emu, but have still had errors.

Please can someone link, or perhaps detail their own step by step?

I am now restarting again, and hoping someone will get back to me.
