Need Help making a RP

Hi,
I have followed and read a few tutorials on here on how to make a HabboRP but I am still getting stuck on some aspects of the tutorials. Would someone mind team-viewing or skyping with me to help me? The HabboRP I would like to make is a r63b Habbo Retro RP with xampp, because honestly I have no understanding of IIS.
