Need good Emu and SWFS r63b

I have searched the forums for some days an cant find what i am looking for.

I need the newest swfs and BcStorm/Butterfly emu, can anyone help me with this?

Also were do people release swfs and emulators, i have only seen a few releases of stuff like this.
