So I was playing around trying to fix ranks and permissions, I reset all of it (All ranks and permissions and redid it ) I than noticed that ranks 1-4 worked, and didn't have a support tool. But ranks 5-8 had every command with a support tool. So I took Rank 5 and removed the support tool and it fixed my permissions. Any ideas on how to fix this (My guess is a problem with the mod tool because it gives the user who has it every command!)
