Recruiting Need DJ's

Okay,So I have a website and a radio station. Problem? No DJ's except from me.

Need:

2-8+ DJ's from all over the world
Any age
Need to be able to do shifts averaging at about 1-4 hours

Pros:
Get to have you're own radio show
Get rewards etc Credits on a retro
Get to make new friends and can develop skills for jobs similar to this

Cons:
You've got to be ready at all times to do your shift (unless it's like a family gathering or friend's round etc)
May be time consuming

Your application template is terrible! You're only interested in the amount of time in which they are online, their name, what country their from, and their age? Yikes.
