Need an emulator and CMS for it

I haven't been on in a while and I don't know what to use to this date. I am unable to get Phoenix Emu since OS is gone. What is another emulator I can use? What is a CMS I can use with the emulator?

All you have to do is search up a Emulator. Find a pheonix 3.11 or a butterfly both are compatible with revcms. (Most Trusted)

I would like to use RevCMS 1.9.9.9 but I can't find a decent theme or a fix for the client. Where can I get Phoenix? I bought a license but how can I get Phoenix with OS gone?

Just download it offline find a cracked version but make sure it has no exploits.
