Need a working server.

I need a WORKING version of a oldschool server, because everytime i try and use it i get this:

You must be registered for see images attach

And i have the file its saying i dont have, so i'm also thinking its the fact that its a .rar?
i dunno, can some one help?

Could you tell me what the message says or upload a new screenshot as this one wont work..then i can assist you
