My swf folder isn’t updating on my retro hotel

So, i recently made a retro hotel but my swf folder isn’t updating. If i delete Staff.swf that thing above my head just doesn’t go away. And if i edit Habbo.swf then it won’t change in the client. And yes i tried to clear my cache.

Thank you for defending me. And yeah i learn from my faults. I am application developer, and i like programming because of errors that i have to solve. If you don’t like solving errors, then you’re not a developer in my opinion. It's not that i don't know how to fix an error that i have to stop everything right away. I like having errors.
