Okay so I don't what I'm not understanding here but I know @Sledmore or @Thom may be able to help me... Lets get on it shall we...
First of all I'm using PlusEMU to update to RELEASE63-201401241356-345595219, I have everything working and blah blah blah but here is what other people telling me to do
List:
1- People have told me to add the banner.php to the client.php using this

But when I add that code to the client file it load for like 3 secs and redirects me to my SWF folder (localhost/data/)
2- I removed it and I tried it Client loads perfectly wait a few secs a 1 shows up on the top where is says "Online users" but nothing shows on as the connection... So what am I doing wrong...
