During lockdown I've stacked on 1-2 stone, so I thought I'd start the Muscle Food - Do The Unthinkable plan.

I'm now 2 weeks in, I do the 5 day plan and have the weekends off and I've lost a stone. It's quite expensive but basically you choose 3 meals and 3 snacks each day and drink tons and tons of water. I was surprised when I saw the results but it's pretty legit. If anyone is looking for a diet where you're allowed to eat burgers, pizza and snacks then this is brilliant for you.

I found it was easier to commit once you've clicked the order button, costing quite a lot of money for the first box. I do recommend seeking coupon codes though, there's tons that give £5-£15 off your orders.

The meals and snacks average out around 1,500 calories per day. It also comes with a workout booklet and videos to follow for your training and circuit tests.
