Hello,

let me start by saying thank you for coming and reading my forum post,  i have a few issues i haven't been able to resolve just wondering if anyone has a hotel set up with this combination and has a fix for a few stuff i have tried fixing myself but i nothing is working.

my first problem is

1.  Adding Rooms To The Public Rooms Category  on the navigator. i cannot find the ID For the Category i have  looked up and down the database 3/4 times and i cannot find it for the life of me.

i know how to add the room its just trying to find the  ID For The Category.  Please  See Photos

For The Second Issue every time i try to add find retros to the client users are reporting they cannot connect  to the hotel?

i was wondering is someone maybe able to assist me on adding it to the client.
