minecraft help! how do i get people to sign up when they come on my server?

how do i make it so when people join my server they have to register a username before they play.
and also when they have registerd they have to type: /login to get on the game
because when i have oped myself any one can login with my name and be an op without even asking me! thanks

and also my server is non hamachi and portforwarded now.
please could you help me with the question above?
