Mercury Emulator

I've recently downloaded Mercury Emulator, but I cannot get it to work. This is the error:

I've tried multiple things, but it simply, will not work!

I tried using Mercury, This issue is either the Game Folder or its the MySQL database not been completed.. I dont recomend using Mercury. Waste of time
