Lucid Dreaming

I wonder what your guys opinion is on Lucid Dreaming, and if you have any experience with it.

It happened to me once, only it failed. I had Sleep Paralysis and I heard very hard screams and saw stuff in my room which wasn't real. It was a horrible experience.

I've tried it once and heard weird noises around me. Never trying that again.

Every time I dream, I know it's a dream, so I always have lucid dreams.
