Looking for some creative ideas

So, I have been very busy lately, but now when I actually have time to make something, I can't come up with something good.

I want to make a social website, where people can register an account, send PM, chat or something like that. It's important that the idea hasn't been used officially yet (like Facebook, ASK, Twitter, Pinterest, etc) but It could be something like that, but at the same time something whole different.

And I won't make the project by my self. I will try to hire some people as well.

Twitter is a massive site, Facebook is also huge and has CIA backing, and G+ is run by Google.

I don't expect it to become a massive/huge site. I just want something to do on my spare time, and something new to do for the people who are looking for something new. Something fun.
