Hello, I am Olly. I believe I have a large amount of experience within retros and infact have owned one myself. I have also been within many others as staff positions. I believe I can deal with situations where personal matters may occur. I can deal with situations where you may be under pressure and I can also ensure that staff are active and that they are removed from there positions if they are not. I can help advertise the hotel and to ensure that ranks are not just given out.
I can work well in a team, I actually know from experience that I work better with a team of people who know the same amount or more than me, because I love to learn new methods of doing things, and I think that becoming a manager would increase my knowledge for a lot of things, increase my maturity a lot more and give me a different outlook on how things are run.
