I'm in need of a PHP, MySQL, CSS and Html coder. I need someone who can code me a fully working user system, if not a CMS with limited functions. It's for my independent game company and as I'm busy working on my first game, I'm unable to work on the website itself. I'm not able to pay for a while which may turn people down from doing this.
