You can't make a CMS based off of another CMS, that would just make it an edit.

1) Use RevCMS - far more stable than Uber
2.1) Use UberCMS 2.0 by Jonteh - first fix the backdoors & exploits
2.2) Edit it to your likings and add some features yourself

Im presuming this is habbo related based on your general posts around the forum.
I would recommend using RevCMS and then browsing the plugins that other users have made as most of the things im guessing you will want have already been released.
If your looking for a different skin to make it not look like every other hotel, then i suggest you look at the skins other members have released

$5? That's probably about £3 if that. Good luck finding someone to work for that price. I wouldn't even consider discussing ideas with yu for £3 let alone code a whole CMS.
