Loading bar stuck on client

Hi, so on my hotel I'd be loading my client, it would load perfectly but the loading bar stays at the very last bar and the logo stays there too.
Could I have some help? I don't know if it is the .swf or I dunno?

Check to make sure your ports accept incoming connections
