Right click desktop, click Screen resolution and in the "Resolution" drop down box change it to something smaller,
if you're talking about desktop icons right click, click view, and click either large or small icons.
if you're talking about taskbar (The bar at the bottom) icons right click the taskbar, click properties and check the "Use small icons" box

You'd need to get a screen with a higher resolution, but the problem might be that you just installed windows and haven't installed your graphics card drivers. That's what I think it is, otherwise:

Right click desktop, click screen resolution and see if it lets you set it to a higher res.

I'm sure it's not, all your other pics load. Maybe you should try reuploading it, or googling your problem, I can guarantee my PC is fine because I actually know how to use it.

The problem is your monitor's max resolution isn't that high, therefore it wont show the whole screen. Google 1920x1080p monitors and buy one of them, otherwise you can't get good resolution. LeSyndicate

Wrong, the problem is he is too stupid to click "Keep Changes"
