Lightweight Webservers

Hey,

I am currently in the thought of upgrading HyperHosts webserver to litespeed however for a free hosting company it is hard to get the 'high' price of the LiteSpeed price. The license I need I may aswell move the entire box to a dedicated thus way having more power and still benefiting from the license just fully.

Does anyone know any webservers lighter than apache for cPanel. I have apache optimized but I would love to be able to throw more power out.

I would say NGINX, It's quite stable and fast. Would be the second best alternative besides litespeed.

With nginx I don't like how it doesn't use .htaccess. This can and will be a problem.
