Language + Commands Help (R63B)

Hello everyone, please help me!
The language is killing me, that admins needs to have it in french, and also the commands..
Everything is in french and it's killing me. I have no ''in'' language only ''en'' and it only changes a few things from french to english. That really suck please help!
