Someone would have to hold his hand while they enter a book store and find him a book on C#, or VB6, or C++, or C, or any other language he chooses. To give him the best chance of not making too much of a fool of himself, I think we should see who can make a table in HTML.
EDIT:
He'll also need a book on networking, etc. Those guides aren't always included in the "Coding for Dummies" series.

For editing my post you clearly don't know anything. The "Coding for Dummies" (also referred to as "... for Dummies") is an actual book series that I highly suggest you look into to to advance your limited skills in HTML and PHP.
