Doubtful,Kim would never do such a thing, Obv the FBI is 100% wrong, megaupload will come back some day, trust me
But i agree. Its like being a gun shop owner, selling a gun and the being charged with murder when the guy kills someone with the gun you sold him

I cant remember the link, they re-directed people from meegaupload.com to something short and it was not finished yet just a subscribe for updates

There are a lot of other fakes yes, But the company has launches one that has nothing on yet but subscribe to e-mail updates. They will be contuning with the site later on when the law and stuff are sorted OUT

I watched his interview about mega upload bein taken down and the charges he's facing and I recogn he has a very good case, he even give all the Hollywood producers links / tools to delete content they found within mega uploa themselves. Yet none of this is mentioned, the FBI etc Said they raided him the et they did case they were being catious of what happened last time....he belly bounced an officer/one of his workers lol..stupid eh?
Obviously on every upload site there's going to be some sort of infringing files however there is also the act that mega upload had with its users that it cannot look through their files, they responded to DMCA etc
Tldr: he has a very good case IMO and could potentially win
