Issues regarding Findretros and voting.

Hello to everyone that reads this,

So on a average day we get between 7-15 users voting for our hotel but over the passed 3-5 days we have only gained 1-2 more votes on find retros


Just wondering if thats accurate as we should have a lot more votes then that? Please look into this and let me know if this is right or not? I dont think it is but i could be wrong.

Lmao? We are constantly hitting 8-10 users daily

I think the issue is that you don't have much traffic. Nothing to do with FindRetros.

8-10 users daily with 10-15 votes daily.. You're getting more votes than you are users so I see no issue..

Considering the votes are within 7days it makes no sense the 16 votes are not based on 24 hours

Do you not know how averages work?? That's your average votes from the week not your total votes.. If you get 10 votes a day for 7 days your average is still going to be 10..

(10+10+10+10+10+10+10) / 7 = 10
(10+8+11+7+22+6+9) / 7 = 10 (10.4 rounded)
(6+17+16+15+15+18+15+2) / 7 = 15 (14.8 rounded)

Notice how the fact that the example has a 22 means nothing? It's an outlier and won't make changes to your average due to the other low numbers. It's how math works sorry dude.

PS: The third example is your actual data so again, no issues here.

PPS: Your listing says you're getting 17 so you should be thankful Josh's site can't do math

Just on top of that, if the voting detects a VPN/proxy it'll not actually take that vote into account - so there is also that to factor in.
