I have downloaded a tool I like to use but it's in a foreign language and I want to edit
some of the drop menu's on it etc I know my coding etc so its fine I just need
a tool where I can open it and read the scripts/edit them
is there anyway tool out there that I can use to edit the application
on my desktop? if you're confused I'll go more in to detail.
Thanks.

Yes, I am confused. What is it coded in, what is the program, etc
This is the tool i'm using/application what I'm wanting to do its to add my own stuff to it I just want to know how I can edit the tools name
the language of the tool to English in some of the applications the tool provides
are you still confused?

So you're running a program but it's in a foreign language, and you want to edit some of the text inside it?

Well it seems to me like you'll have to reverse engineer it and change what you need, or ask the developer to create a language selector.

So you want to translate and use hacker tools, but you don't know how to reverse engineer it? Yeah, good luck. I don't think anyone will help you with this. Don't be a skid, learn some languages in coding and make yourself useful.

Depends really, there is not much of a description here but if the Program is open sourced, I am pretty sure you can open it up in Visual Studios and edit it. To Locate if its open source, you have to go to the File Location, i its a C# Program there will be a .csproj File double click that and it should open VS, You can then just Click CTRL+F and search the Foreign Text and just translate it. Simples. :)

if its just the .EXE file, then sorry its not editable unless you Crack it :)

P.S. Look out for JSON or XML folder, there might be the Navigation text in there maybe :)

Goodluck
