Is this good for a signature?

So, you may have noticed before I changed EVERYTHING so no one could see what I looked like after someone said something disrespectful about how I look on here.
But, I am now going to put back a picture of me on here, but I don't know whether it's good enough:

I know about the wobbly bits around the edge of the picture of me, This was cause The rest of the background wasn't needed so I cut it off.
Also, I just took this photo so I don't look good. xD!

Please comment :
-A Score out of 10 for the thing its-self
-And a score out of 10 for the picture of me. Cause I'm hoping it's good enough for that signature.

You should be able to cut the image better using a proper program, it would look much better then.

Photoshop, or GIMP. In some cases you can use paint.NET.
