is my database broken? (please help)

i fucking have it written so that only rank 6 and up can give out coins and give badges, but it allows anything above rank 3 to do that. Keep in mind i added an extra rank called "hotel tech" whether that may effect things. Also ranks above 3 can see every piece of furniture even tho i stated in min_rank only rank 6 and up can check the staff catalogue.

This is a serious inqury for experienced habbo private server experts. Please if you have the slighest idea post it and i will be thankful.

i apologize for not putting in my database and code, but unfortunately i have figured out that the code is in phoenix, and this version of phoenix is closed source, my best bet is to maybe google around for an .exe decompiler, otherwise. Mod please close thread,
