Design one in your preferred program and host it on your server, use room ads furni to display it? You can literally put any picture you want in the room ad furni.

One way you could go about it would be.
1. Create a room, building or whatever you would like on the client itself.
2. Take a screenshot or use the ;screenshot command on the client for a png.
3. Edit it with any software and remove the background. (PS, Gimp, Paint etc)
4. Upload that png to your server or to
5. Use that url and place it on a roomad furni and edit the coords for it's placement
or
1. You could just use any software and draw it from scratch or use any random image.
